In 2008, AHDI implemented a new attendance and recording policy for all online educational webinars
CE Credit: CE credit confirmation will not be sent automatically to individuals who register for webinar presentations. In an effort to protect the integrity and credibility of our credentialing programs, CE credit will be issued based on confirmed attendance at these events. Attendance will be recorded by the webinar instructor/presenter at the close of each session. Attendees must be present for the entire session in order to be eligible to receive CE credit.
Webinar Recordings: To restrict unauthorized distribution of our webinar recordings, AHDI does not provide access to webinar recordings. In addition, webinar recordings will not be provided to registrants who fail to show up for webinar presentations (see cancellation policy below).
Cancellation: AHDI now requires at least 48 hours’ advanced notice of cancellation. Refunds will not be given for any reason, but funds may be transferred to another webinar of equal or lesser value for those who provide a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of registration fees without credit or refund.
