AHDI Webinar Attendance and Recording Policy Minimize

AHDI's attendance and recording policy for all online educational webinars is as follows:

CE Credit: Continuing education credit confirmation and proof of attendance will be sent automatically to individuals who register for webinar presentations. In an effort to protect the integrity and credibility of our credentialing programs, CE credit will be issued based on confirmed attendance at these events.

Webinar Recordings: Webinar recordings will be sent automatically to all registrants 24 hours after the close of the live webinar. For those who register for a webinar but are unable to attend the live session, an email with the link to the recorded webinar will automatically be sent 24 hours after the live event ends; however, CMTs and CHDSs should write and retain a 300-word summary of the webinar to be included (upon audit) with recertification materials at the end of their 3-year cycle. NOTE: All webinar recordings are available for 90 days from the date of original presentation.

Cancellation: AHDI now requires at least 48 hours’ advanced notice of cancellation. Refunds will not be given for any reason, but funds may be transferred to another webinar of equal or lesser value for those who provide a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of registration fees without credit or refund.
