Credentialing Commission for Healthcare Documentation (CCHD)
The AHDI Credentialing Commission for Healthcare Documentation is the governing
body responsible for policy development for and oversight of all AHDI credentialing
programs – including recertification and continuing education. The CCHD works
to develop, revise, and evaluate the performance of all AHDI credentialing
exams and sets policies related to credentialing.
