The Component Resource Center offers leaders the ability to access a large array of services and revenue sharing opportunities for their component. You will find administrative support for advertising and marketing, product revenue sharing opportunities, credit card services, and technical assistance for your website and electronic communications.

Component Support Services

AHDI is now offering new and improved component support services. Communicating with your membership is made easy with new and improved webinar technology, broadcast emails, online voting, mailing lists, and website hosting now provided by AHDI.

Webinar Room Rental

Does your component struggle with drawing a crowd at your face-to-face meetings? Try meeting online; it’s affordable and easy. AHDI will rent the GoToMeeting space to your component for $35 per day. This will include training for your meeting organizer, and as many meetings or webinars you need in one day. To request this service, please email components@ahdionline.org.
List Request

Components receive free membership lists from AHDI. You may submit a list request using the Component Data Request form. You may also request mailing labels for $20.
Broadcast Emails

Communicating with your membership has never been easier. AHDI will broadcast an email to your entire membership for $20. The email must be in plain text and can accommodate one component logo. Please send your request to components@ahdionline.org.
Online Voting

Have AHDI manage your election process for $35. Email your candidate’s biographies to components@ahdionline.org with your closing date and sit back to wait for the results.
Website Hosting

AHDI can host your website for only $60 per year. This service will provide you a safe and reliable place to host your component’s website. Please email components@ahdionline.org to request this service.

►Advertising—Submit your component’s 50-word-or-less advertisement to be included in the Component Corner section of Plexus by emailing Kristin Wall, AHDI-F, at kwall@ahdionline.org. Click here to complete the form to have your events added to the “Component Events” section of the website. This will ensure your event is promoted through AHDI publications. These services are offered free of charge to any AHDI component.

►Hotel Hosting—Component conference planners can now use the services of HelmsBrisco to find the right hotel location and amenities at a great price. This service is free of charge and can be accessed by clicking here.

►ACE Exhibit and Advertising Opportunities— Gain exposure for your component by exhibiting and/or advertising at the Annual Convention & Expo on August 4-7, 2010 in Austin, TX. Revenue Sharing Opportunities

►AHDI Product Display Package and Product Revenue Sharing - Now you can take orders for AHDI products, offer "FREE" shipping to your meeting attendees and make a 10% royalty on product sales for your component. Read the program policy and get your Component Event Product Order Form.

►Credit Card Services—Take credit card payments at your component meetings! AHDI has negotiated with Paymentech to offer you the option of taking payments via credit card, either with a desktop machine or from your website.
