The Component Resource Center offers leaders the ability to access a large array of services and revenue sharing opportunities for their component. You will find administrative support for advertising and marketing, product revenue sharing opportunities, credit card services, and technical assistance for your website and electronic communications.
Component Support Services
AHDI is now offering new and improved component support services. Communicating with your membership is made easy with new and improved webinar technology, broadcast emails, online voting, mailing lists, and website hosting now provided by AHDI.
- Duplication and Distribution of AHDI Publication Content
Components (as well as individuals and organizations) may now seek and pay for permission to duplicate and share AHDI publication content in the form of a .pdf package for marketing and distribution purposes. For full details, download the Use and Restrictions for Duplication and Distribution form.
- Webinar Room Rental
Does your component struggle with drawing a crowd at your face-to-face meetings? Try meeting online; it’s affordable and easy. AHDI will rent the GoToMeeting space to your component for $35 per webinar room that can be used for a full day. This will include training for your meeting organizer, and as many meetings or webinars you need in one day. To request this service, please email components@ahdionline.org.
- List Request
Components receive free membership lists from AHDI. You may submit a list request using the Component Data Request form. You may also request mailing labels for $20.
- Broadcast Emails
Communicating with your membership has never been easier. AHDI will broadcast an email to your entire membership for $20. The email must be in plain text and can accommodate one component logo. Please send your request to components@ahdionline.org.
- Online Voting
Have AHDI manage your election process for $35. Email your candidate’s biographies to components@ahdionline.org with your closing date and sit back to wait for the results.
- Website Hosting
AHDI can host your website for only $60 per year. This service will provide you a safe and reliable place to host your component’s website. Please email components@ahdionline.org to request this service.
- Meeting Flyers
Print out the latest AHDI flyers for your next component meeting. This is a great way to promote the strategic initiatives and the association at your meetings. Get more!
►Advertising—Submit your component events, webinars, or study group information for AHDI’s Event Calendar online. All items listed by the deadline dates on the Plexus Media Kit will also automatically be included in the calendar section of Plexus magazine.
►Hotel Hosting—Component conference planners can now use the services of HelmsBrisco to find the right hotel location and amenities at a great price. This service is free of charge and can be accessed by clicking here.
►ACE Exhibit and Advertising Opportunities— Gain exposure for your component by exhibiting and/or advertising at the Annual Convention & Expo on August 8-12, 2012 in Indianapolis, IN. Special rates are available to AHDI Components. See below for details:
Revenue Sharing Opportunities
►Affiliate Marketing Program - Join the national organization in an effort to market AHDI products to component members and supporters. By participating in this program, components will have the opportunity to sell several AHDI products and receive 5% of the revenue from those sales, to be paid bi-annually. Learn more here.
