Membership Payment Plan Option
What is the membership payment plan option?
The payment plan option allows you to pay your AHDI Individual Professional membership dues in three easy monthly installments with your credit card. These three payments will occur in the first three months of your membership term.
Does the payment plan automatically renew my membership every year?
Yes. Approximately three months before your membership is set to expire, you will receive an email reminder stating that your membership will be automatically renewed. If you would like to discontinue the payment plan or cancel your membership, you will need to contact AHDI prior to your membership expiration date.
Who is eligible for the membership payment plan option?
Any renewing, reinstating, or new Individual Professional member is eligible. At this time, the payment plan program is not available to Student, Post-Graduate, Sustaining, Corporate, or Educational members.
How much will be charged to my credit card each month?
Each month, $47.00 will be charged to your credit card. This amount is derived from your Individual Professional membership dues ($135.00) plus a processing fee ($6.00) for a total of $141.00. This total is divided into three equal installments of $47.00. The first installment will be charged to your credit card immediately upon completion of your membership order. If you are a renewing member, the first installment will be charged on or around the first date of your membership term. The two remaining payments will be charged on the 2nd and 3rd months of membership, approximately 30 days apart.
How do I sign up?
Reinstating or new members should fill out the appropriate Membership Payment Plan Enrollment Form and membership application, and fax it to 209-527-9633, email it to email@example.com, or mail it to 4230 Kiernan Ave, Suite 170, Modesto, CA 95356.
Renewing members should fill out the appropriate Membership Payment Plan Enrollment Form and fax it directly to AHDI at 209-527-9633, email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or mail it to 4230 Kiernan Ave, Suite 170, Modesto, CA 95356. If your contact information has changed, you should submit an updated membership application or log into your membership account and make the necessary changes.
Is there a fee to sign up for the payment plan option?
There is a $6.00 non-refundable processing fee. This fee will be divided by three and applied to each of your monthly payments. This processing fee will be charged every year that you are enrolled in the payment plan.
Can I use my Early Bird coupon with the payment plan?
No. Early Bird or any other coupons will not be accepted when enrolling in the payment plan option.
Is there a deadline to sign up?
Any renewing, reinstating, or new member may sign up during their application/renewal process.
What if my credit card is declined or expires?
You will receive an email informing you that your credit card was declined or has expired. It is your responsibility to contact AHDI and provide updated credit card information. If you fail to do so in a timely manner, your membership benefits will be interrupted.
Can I cancel my Payment Plan?
AHDI membership is for 12 months and dues are not refundable or transferable. You may elect to cancel the automatic renewal of your membership for the following year, but once you have enrolled in the payment plan, you have committed to paying for the first full year of membership.
