How do I earn my Rewards?
- First new Individual Professional member: receive 50% off your membership
- Second new Individual Professional member: additional $22.50 off your membership
- Third new Individual Professional member: additional $22.50 off your membership
- Fourth new Individual Professional member: FREE membership renewal
How do I play?
- Download your Summer G.A.M.E. Scorecard.
- Reach out to your friends and colleagues and explain the great benefits of AHDI Individual Professional membership. (View our Email Template)
- After they have signed up, return your completed scorecard to AHDI to receive your Reward.
Rules and Deadlines:
- New and returning members who are recruited must sign up as Individual Professional members between June 15 and September 30, 2010.
- New and returning members must submit their Membership Application with payment to AHDI by September 30, 2010.
- New and returning memberships will be validated by AHDI.
- Current members must have their GAME Scorecard completed and returned by September 30, 2010.
- All referred new and returning memberships will be verified.
- Remaining membership renewal balance must be paid in full by November 30, 2010, to participate in the program.
- Your membership will be renewed for one year following your renewal date. Discounts apply only to your next membership renewal term.
- Once your scorecard has been submitted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with information regarding your renewal discounts.
- Scorecards should not be submitted prior to new and returning members submitting their membership application and remitting payment.
