Digital Content: eBooks may be downloaded from the order summary page once the order is complete. If the order summary page does not appear, you may download the eBook by visiting "My Account" in the main tool bar and viewing your "Orders."

Shipping: All orders are processed within 1 business day. The order will then be shipped according to the shipping method selected. Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Return Policy: AHDI does not accept returned items due to overstock and gives no refunds, although defective materials are replaced immediately free of charge. We provide comprehensive information in print and online about our products, and also offer free consultations by email or phone prior to purchase. Defective materials will be replaced if returned to AHDI in good condition within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Prior authorization must be obtained by the AHDI Administrative Office before any merchandise can be returned.
