We have wondered out loud for weeks now what our organization is or is not doing to attract and keep members ... this blog is a glimpse into an MT environment most of us thought did not exist any longer, and also, I think, a good example of the things that concern many working MTs on a daily basis.Issues that, rightly or wrongly, many feel our organization is not addressing now (perhaps, may never address) ... part of the reasons why we are not reaching so many MTs with our 'big picture" rhetoric.
