Do some questions just never receive a response?

Charlotte, all questions should receive an answer.  However, we occasionally have technical issues with the network and for other reasons a question may fall between the cracks.  If you post a question that never gets answered, be sure you have posted it in the proper category, then ask it again if you would like to do that.  Again, it is our intention to respond to all questions.
