Speaker Bio

Troy Hagen is the director of Ada County Paramedics in Boise, Idaho. Troy has been involved in emergency medical services for 22 years. Troy holds a bachelor of science degree in Biology and a master’s in Business Administration. He is a frequent lecturer on EMS leadership, management, and finance. He also served as Medical Commissioner and Incident Commander for the 2009 Special Olympic World Winter Games. Troy is President-elect for the National EMS Management Association (NEMSMA) and the Finance Committee Chair for the National EMS Advisory Council.
