Drawing on experience with multiple companies and speech recognition vendors and many different types of implementations, the speaker will compare what we thought about optimization and implementation in the early days of speech recognition to what we know now. The session will be of interest to those who are new to speech recognition, to experienced users who have not seen the return on investment expected, and to users who have done well, but would like to optimize results.
