Jay is a certified medical transcriptionist and has been active in the healthcare documentation field in a variety of production and managerial capacities since 1999. He currently holds the position of Director of Product Development & Deployment at Superior Global Solutions, Inc. He serves as Administrator/Moderator for the AHDI Lounge blog and serves on the AHDI Outreach Workgroup for News and Networking (OWNN). He also sits on the Advisory Board for the medical transcription educational program at Gateway Community College in Phoenix, AZ, and was the founder of MedTransition, an innovative school-to-work externship program.
