Educators Alliance
The Educators Alliance (EA) is a special interest group for anyone interested in promoting, improving, and continuing development of quality MT education for both students and practitioners. Please check this web site often for announcements concerning the EA and its activities.
PURPOSE: The purpose of the special interest groups is to foster and promote education and awareness, including, but not limited to:
- Professional development through activities relevant to their interest, including conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Educate group on current trends in the market
- Communication through newsletters, forums, and listservs
- Encourage and foster interests within the medical transcription field
SPECIAL INTEREST GROUP DEFINITION: A special interest group of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI) is a group of members with common interests joining together to communicate and address issues of concern within their group, developing educational material and activities relevant to their special interest.
MEMBERSHIP: Membership in the special interest group is open to any member, including institutional and corporate, who has a vested interest in the special interest group. There is no membership fee. To join this group, email Andrew Wolf at awolf@ahdionline.org to be added to the roster and list serv.
