What are AHDI Vendor Affiliates?
In an ongoing effort to provide access to quality services to our members, AHDI has formed affiliations with
several business entities. AHDI Vendor Affiliates provide a discount to AHDI members on products and services
and provide a revenue share to AHDI for all products sold to AHDI members. Click on the link below to be taken

How do I apply?
Applying to be a vendor affiliate with AHDI is easy. Download the following application:

Vendor Affiliates Advisory Council
The Vendor Affiliates Advisory Council is comprised of industry experts appointed by the AHDI Board of Directors
and assigned the task of ensuring the quality and appropriateness of any potential vendor affiliate relationship.
The advisory council is charged with reviewing and approving all potential vendor affiliates before AHDI enters
a relationship with the vendor. The council will review applications and supporting documentation within a 30-day
timeframe before providing applicants with their results. If the company is approved, the council will then pass of
the information to an AHDI staff representative for contractual negotiations and implementation.
