Mary is a creative, enthusiastic, high-achieving recruiter with over 24 years of outstanding career growth in the healthcare documentation field. She has spent the most recent 10 years recruiting for healthcare documentation specialist, coding specialist, and technology/IT positions. She is well respected as an employee advocate and recruits with passion. Her talents extend into virtual employee engagement projects, positive onboarding processes, and social media recruitment. Mary pursues continuous learning opportunities, stays current in her field, and always makes room for volunteerism in her professional national and regional AHDI organizations. She has been President of the Iowa-AHDI chapter for many years and secretary of the newly formed Mighty Rivers Region of AHDI.
